Shipping:
Shipping is by USPS/SPEEDPOST/DHL or similar shipping agencies to reach you in
9-12 business days after processing the order. Tracking is provided. For USPS
the tracking will show up in transit after 7-9 days once it reaches US from
India.
Shipping charges are:
For USA - $ 35 for first item and $ 10 for each additional item.
Rest of World-$ 50 for first item and $ 10 for each additional item.
Please note: Jewelry items can take up to 10-12 business days to process to
take care of ring sizing if any, polishing, finishing, packing and
handling,certification, documentation etc.
Shipping Charges include the store fees on Shipping, packaging, certification
costs, manpower costs, overheads, taxes etc in addition to actual
courier/postal expenses which have increased substantially as a result of covid
pandemic. We do not artificially increase the price of the products to include
shipping charges but only charge what shipping actually costs us.
Combined Shipping:
Combined shipping discount is available up to 5 (Five) items in an order to be
purchased within 5 days. You can continue to buy- Any additional items above 5
in quantity will be considered a new order. This is to avoid pilferageenroute
as well as to ensure that you are happy with the merchandise. Once you have
received their items you may buy additional items again. This limit may be
revised for repeat and regular customers.
Payment:
Buyers are requested to pay within 3 (Three) days of purchases. the storewill
automatically open unpaid item cases in case payment is not receivedwithin this
period. The item will also be available for purchase to otherbuyers till such
time that the payment is received.
Customs and Taxes:
Any customs duties, charges and local taxes are subject to local lawsand vary
from country to country and hence the payment of any eventual customduties,
charges, levies and taxes etc will be at the buyer's expense. We do nothave any
control on the same.
Returns & Refunds:
You can return the item within 14 days of receiving the parcel. -Please return
in original packing. Buyers are required to check and ensure thatthe item/s are
in good condition and as per item listing on the store as no claimsfor returns
and refunds will be entertained thereafter. The returned itemshould be unused
and in original and undamaged condition. Buyer will berequired to ensure that
the item is sent by trackable shipper. Shipping chargesare non-refundable.
Refunds are made by PayPal and may take up to 5-7 days after receivingback the

Rings Resizing:
All rings are made in default Ring size as mentioned in the item?slistings. In
case a different size is required, it is available for additional$ 25.00 as
resizing charges. Please message me if required and the amount willbe added up
in the Invoice.

store for dis-satisfaction or for non-receipt or to return an item. We

FAQ
What are Color Diamonds?
These are genuine Colored Diamonds found naturally in mines mainly fromBrazil.
They are more porous than White Diamonds and are found in the upperlayers of
the ground relative to the White Diamonds that are mined deep. Somescientists
are of the opinion that their origin maybe a Meteor that impactedearth Billions
of years ago.
What is their nature?
Colored Diamonds are not found in the state as they are sold. They aremade
from earth mined rough rock found in mines of Brazil. The Rock colorvaries from
Light Blue, Dark Blue, Champagne, Pink, Green etc.
What is the treatment process?
To bring out its true color it needs to be treated.
The process is a natural one employing gentle heat in a
high-pressureenvironment (HPHT) which gradually brings out the true color of
the Diamond.
Are any artificial colors or chemicals added?
There are no artificial colors or chemicals included in the process.They are
not irradiated.
Does it alter the composition?
The process may or may not alter the composition. It remains a trueDiamond
nevertheless. Once our diamonds areheat-treated, it may move the molecules.
This causes them to not always testproperly with a hand tester. If a hand
tester is used, sometimes they test asdiamonds and sometimes they test as
moissanites.
But they are genuine earth mined diamonds, notmoissanite or CZ.
If you use a jeweler's loop you can see this bytheir molecular composition.
How does it differ from a Moissanite?
A Moissanite is man-made whereas our Diamonds are earth-mined. AMoissanite
will lose its shine and wither away in a short period whereas aDiamond will
remain as they are forever.
My Jeweler says these are not Diamonds?
These Diamonds are rare and hence opinion may be varied from person toperson.
Further a Jeweler would not like to lose a customer who buys online asfrom the
store, rather than from his store losing a customer in the process. Anyopinions
of any Jeweler, Gemologist, appraiser etc will not beaccepted to judge the
authenticity of our Gemstones and Diamonds.
How can you sell them so inexpensive?
We are wholesalers who buy the Rough Rock in bulk from minesand have direct
cutting and polishing facility. This avoids many middlemen andtheir fat
commissions. We do not have a brick-and-mortar shop also, thus savingon all
fancy overheads.These diamonds are abargain but obviously not those Estate
standard perfect stones which are notheat treated.
Do you offer any Certification?
All our Diamonds are accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity froman
independent Lab. Certificate can be verified online. Various Labs may
havedifferent testing methods which can give different results thus we will
beunable to accept results from other Labs. Hand held testers may also
provideinaccurate results.
What if I have doubts about their authenticity?
You can always message us in case you still want any more details
orclarifications. Once purchased we will understand that you have read
