factors, such as light, background, etc. Every guitar we produce is a testament
to our craftsmanship, with unique variations in wood grain and color ensuring
no two instruments are exactly alike.
Shipping Details
Our price excludes customs duty. International shipment usually requires
additional Customs Fees or Import Taxes. These fees are different, depending on
the country, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once payment is clear, we dispatch within 3 to 30 business days.
The parcel usually will be shipped out via USPS and China Post, it usually
take about 1--5 weeks to arrive your hand. We will provide you with the
tracking number to conveniently monitor the shipments progress on its website.
Make sure your delivery information is accurate to avoid any issues.
We will use Foam Package ,Please don't worry the ship safe.

What if there is a problem with my order?
Our 30-day return policy means you can shop with confidence.
If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is message your
Sales Engineer. He or she will take care of you, no matter what. The only
policy we have is we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you
happy.
What if I receive a defective product?
We will offer you full refunds only the item you received is Broken or
defective product, please return it within 3 days after you received it, and
keep it good condition same we sent ,can;t miss any of parts ! After we receive
the item, we will give you Full-Refunds or exchange, but we won `t pay return
the shipping cost if not our guitar quality question .. If you want do
replacement it ,we can send new one to you ,then we will offer shipping label
to you , if you just want replacement parts (if it is parts reason ) ,we can
free send the parts to you .Please read the RETURN POLICY before you order it!
How to Return?
We're sorry your purchase didn't work out for you. To make a return. please
check the order and open the return case will be fine .
Please write the Item of number on the shipping label and NOT on the
product box itself.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all
accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the
unit(s) double-boxed.
The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes
intact.
When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives
that can leave a residue.
Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS or
USPS.
We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when
purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and
if that happens, we want you to be covered.
