The cape has been made from panne velvet in black.
The hood is roomy and the cape length is almost to the floor for an 11.5 inch
doll.
the cape edges have a tight zig zag lettuce finish. The hood has a finished
edge.
This cape would fit many other size dolls. It will just be longer or shorter
depending on the height of the doll. The cap is roomy and will a lot for a doll
with a larger head. It ties around the neck and the ribbon tie is long. This
also allows for accommodating different dolls.
