Shipping Returns & Warranty Payment
We offer FREE shipping to all states within the Continental USA. International
shipping is free through the store's Global Shipping Program. However, you are
responsible for any customs, duty fees and VAT charges.
Your order will be processed within 1 working day of receiving payment

Expedited shipping orders must contain a valid physical address. We will ship
to PO Boxes via USPS.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product for

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in
the original packaging along with all accessories. Returns and exchanges are
accepted only for items purchased from us in accordance with the conditions

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product

required to replace or repair the product.
If an item arrives damaged, save the shipping carton and notify us
immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken items to us unless we
issued an RMA. This is necessary to keep your right to file a claim with the
carrier within 7 days of the delivery date.
Any faulty condition will be subjected up to 50% deduction. Orders returned
with no RMA number will not be processed. Please allow 2-4 business days for
your return to be processed.
Immediate payment is required for all transactions so that allows us to post
your item as soon as possible.
