domestic shipping includes various Auspost service, Aramex, and Courier Please

to certain countries can be arranged by request. Pickup can be arranged when

The item is covered with 1 year in-store-warranty, which will start counting
from the day of purchase. Once the item is CONFIRMED faulty during its warranty
period, please contact us first for return instructions and make sure that the
item is still in warranty-covered condition(defined by the manufacturer). For

Therefore when the item cannot perform as per manufacturer's specification.
Please conduct sufficient troubleshooting(such as substitution/exclusion
method) and only start your return claim after you have narrowed down that the
cause of the problem is within the product itself among all the variables.
Please also log important information on the record such as the item's unique
identifier(serial number, MAC address etc.) in case of a dispute and record the
problematic scenario into video, screenshot, screen recording files etc. if

We can arrange repair / repalcement / trade in for items which are out of
warranty at a reasonable cost/price. This service will be on a case by case
basis and can only be applied on products which were initially sold from this
store.
Any irresponsible feedback(such as claiming that the item is "clearly not as
described" while showing no intention of returning it) will automatically lead
to the termination of the item's warranty service.
FREE return labels will be provided for all DOA cases within 30 days of
purchase and full refund will also be issued afterwards. If you need a
replacement instead, please do not file the return request and contact us
directly so that we can arrange the exchange for you.
In certain scenarios when buyers are required to pay the return postage,
please only use the courier services from Auspost(e.g. eparcel) in such
scenario. Please do not purchase the return label from "ParcelPoint" because
our return address(a PO BOX) is NOT within their delivery coverage.
After 30 days of purchase, refunds will only be made if a replacement is not
available or the replacement also becomes dysfunctional.
Regardless the return reason, item(s) must be returned SECURELY in their
original condition including all original accessories and packaging or a
penalty fee (up to 50% of the original price) will be charged. Faulty
items(especially for hard disk drives) should also be sent back with sufficient
protection so as to avoid any physical damage, which may void their warranty
status.
An inspection fee/labor cost (up to 20% of the original price) will be charged
if a "faulty" item is proven to be fully functional/as per description after
the inspection, and the buyer will be responsible for all the relevant postage
cost.
For storage products(HDD/SSD) only:
Unless the item is listed in a Brand New condition, it may contain a
pre-installed OS(if it was taken out from a new laptop/PC/server). It may also
have some small trace of read/write data usage, powered on times/hours due to
testing/verification/demonstration purposes.
For network products(routers) only:
Unless the item is listed in a Brand New condition, its firmware may be
upgraded to a non-official version(e.g. Koolshare Merlin, tomato) by the OEM
suppliers/the store owner for testing/verification/demonstration purposes.

criteria, any change of the firmware made by the buyer WILL NOT void our
in-store-warranty status as long as the CFE / Bootloader remains intact.
