temperature of the tea utensils, which will help to maintain the temperature of

Pouring Tea: According to personal taste and the capacity of the tea set, put
in the right amount of Zhengshan Xiaojiao tea leaves. Generally speaking, 2-3
grams of tea leaves per 100ml of water.
Brewing: Inject hot water high into the tea set, so that the tea leaves are
fully tumbled, and then quickly pour off the first tea broth, this step is
called “tea washing”, which can remove the impurities and odors on the surface
