The mix comes with soluble powders added, leaving room for another 8% of your favourite additives. The mix is nutritious in protein, both animal and vegetable. It's very digestible with controlled levels of fat/oils. All eggs vary in size, on average 6-8 large eggs to 1kg of dry powder, add flavours, liquid foods/oils and sweeteners to eggs then gradually add to the basemix untill a slightly damp paste is made, then roll and boil accordingly.
