Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. If you would like one day expedited shipping,
you must contact me to pay a shipping cost for expedited mail service.
Each order contains a minimum of 5 isopods at juvenile/mixed sized isopods.
Live Guarantee: We must be told about any DOAs (dead on arrival) within 1 hour
of delivery/pickup from when the tracking says it was delivered/picked up. We
will ask for clear pictures and/or video to prove any DOAs. Pictures must show
a pin going through the body of the insect to prove it/they are dead. No
refunds for DOAs, just replacement will be sent shipping at buyer’s expense. We
are not responsible for USPS delays.
Again, for DOAs (Dead on arrival) no refunds, only replacements packages at
buyer’s expense. This means the buyer pays shipping cost for replacements. Any
complaints about DOA and or damage to the product and provided no proof CANNOT
be considered for a product replacement. Each package is packed with care and
dropped off at USPS before final pickup of the day. We are not responsible for
USPS delays after that.
I ship Mondays and Tuesdays in the order I receive orders. Customer must
receive product on first delivery attempt, if there is an issue with delivery,
it must be resolved with USPS directly. It is suggested you HOLD FOR PICKUP at
your local USPS location given the perishable nature of our product.
All insects are packaged with heat during the winter but will not tolerate
sub-freezing temperatures in long periods of exposure to the elements. You must
receive your package on the first delivery attempt, or the guarantee is void.
Please be sure to check your weather conditions before ordering as we may not
be able to check/know what the weather will be in your area.

We reserve the right to use our discretion when it comes to shipping your
product. We take into consideration weather and timing of shipment on ALL
orders. We may delay your order at any time in order for your items to arrive
in a safe manner.
