Open-Web Construction of Non-Woven Cloth: Non-woven cloth consists of a web of
nylon fibers, which are bonded together and saturated with abrasive grains.
This produces a cushioned, three-dimensional material that is pliable, flexible
and very long-lasting.The unique construction helps resist loading, run cool,
allowing for consistent finishes, andalso extend the life of the disc.
