We revolutionized the revolution!
This unique design makes creating coral gardens a breeze! Attach many
different types of corals to a single plate and let them grow OR attach a
single coral in the center and let it frag itself onto additional plugs, once
fully grown, simply remove plugs as needed and replace with a fresh mount, let
the coral re-grow and see just why we call this a CORAL FRAGGGING REVOLUTION!!!!
If you're wondering why you may need Grow Mounts and Coral Expanders? Well,
you technically don't. Coral Expanders can be used as Grow Mounts, making the
Grow Mounts (2", 3" and 4") redundant. However the reason why we offer the Grow
Mounts as well in these sizes are because the Grow Mounts are made even thinner
and are so thin in fact they can be cut very easily with scissors (1mm
thickness). All of our coral expanders are still made thin (2.2mm) and are
workable with scissors. For precision, we recommend cutting expanders on a
bandsaw. As always if using a bandsaw, you should rinse plugs before returning
to aquarium.
Our patent pending revolutionary design makes coral fragging a breeze! Simply
twist lock a new coral mount of 1", 2" or 3" size onto an existing stem! Once
the coral grows to the edges of the mount, simply untwist the mount and lock it
into our 2" or 3" or 4" expanders or coral gardens! No Gluing, cutting or
chemicals are necessary beyond the very first coral mount. A REVOLUTION INDEED!
Once a coral is attached to one of the mounts of the Coral Frag Tech system,
you'll be able to make frags with minimal effort. Our Plugs, Mounts and
Expanders are made with Reef Safe PETG Plastic, 100% Designed and Manufactured
in the USA, and are thin enough to be cut with household items like Scissors
and Bone Cutters. That's right, no saw is needed at all! If a saw is used, we
advise that you simply rinse the frags thoroughly before returning to the
aquarium.
